Return and exchange policy
Please be advised that our products are printed on demand products and they are specially designed for specific customer (including style, design and size of customer).We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error.
If you need to exchange the defective or damaged products for the same item, just send us an email at [email protected]. Your email should contain the following information:
- Your order number
- The receipt or proof of purchase
- Description of the defective or damaged products in details
The photos of defective or damaged products in both side (front and back side)
After receiving your email, our customer care department will inspect and discuss with printing company, then notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition that you received it.
- in the original packaging
- Shipping label
- You must send us the photo of the shirt that you received. The shirt should be taken photo on a plane, the right corner is the shipping label and the size of the shirt can be clearly seen.The original shipping label must be placed on top of or next the shirt.
within 10 days from the time you received the item.
If your item doesn’t meet all the above mentioned conditions, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Refund policy
Please be advised that our products are printed on demand products and they are specially designed for specific customer (including style, design and size of customer).We only accept to refund in the following cases:
- It’s within 24 hours since you place the order.
- The defective or damaged products due to our error
- It’s over 30 days and you haven’t received your order due to our lateness and you confirm that you want to cancel order via email. In case, you confirm that you still want to have that order, we will try our best to send it to your address in the soonest time.
- If you want to have refund, just send us an email at [email protected]. Your email should contain the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason you want to have refund (cancel order).
- You must send us the photo of the shirt that you received. The shirt should be taken photo on a plane, the right corner is the shipping label and the size of the shirt can be clearly seen.The original shipping label must be placed on top of or next the shirt.
After receiving your email, our customer care department will inspect and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund amount will include the amount you paid for your order, subtract the following amount (if any):
– Transaction fee
– Shipping fee (if the item was shipped)
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Changing design details policy
In order to provide the best service quality to customer, our design team are willing to support customer in case they want to change their customized products within 24 hours or before the products are printed in the following case:
- Changing size
- Changing style
- Changing color
- Changing design
